How to Bring the Balance into Your Life
Especially in times of great change like these, it’s important to maintain our center and stability. Sandra Ingerman discovered shamanism when she was in her twenties, using its tools and techniques to not only feel love, but to be loved. Like many of us, she grew up in a culture where she could not love herself and had hard times finding the good in life. Shamanism showed her another dimension of reality where she had more pathways before her, and found a community full of support. In this video, Sandra talks about the most important tools and techniques that shamanism offers to regenerate and heal not only yourself, but also the Earth. Being aligned with the creative forces of the universe, you can bring balance back into your life.
